Dry Creek Cabernet Sauvignon, Dry Creek Valley, 2006

With its rolling hillsides, varied soils, and temperate climate, the Dry Creek Valley is an ideal place to grown Bordeaux varieties. Since 2002, we have produced Cabernet Sauvignon exclusively from our home appellation. This vintage delivered us grapes with rich flavors, excellent tannins, and superb structure. A classic blend this delicious wine incorporates Cabernet Sauvignon (90% ), Merlot (6%), Petit Verdot (3%), and Cabernet Franc (1% ) providing a wonderfully balanced wine with a seamless and well-integrated finish. Founded in 1972 by David Stare, our family winery, located in the heart of Dry Creek Valley, is dedicated to producing handcrafted, classically styled wines. Alc 14.5% by vol.
