It's a story that begins inside a coffee cup. Back in the 1980's, restaurateurs Doug and Linda Woolsey, former proprietors of such famous restaurants as The Hard Rock Cafe, and the Hollywood Grill, perfected a Caesar Salad that customers simply couldn't get enough of. In fact, it was so good, people would constantly plead with Doug and Linda to share the recipe so they could duplicate it when entertaining guests. To meet their requests, Doug placed all the ingredients in separate coffee cups for use at home. But as demand grew, Doug realized he needed a better method of providing customers with the taste they loved so much. And with that, Linsey Foods and its fabulous line of ET TU salad kits were born.
