Lea Legends No. 8: Bounce My Pretties: Darrell Lea had strange ways of deciding which ingredients were just right for his liquorice. With blueberries and pomegranate it was bounce-ability. He'd spend all day, bouncing each one as high as they could go. Only the highest bouncers made the cut, it meant they were juicy and full of flavor. The only pain was walking up to the roof to collect them (beats a pomegranate in the eye though). Color and flavor derived from natural sources. This product left us in fresh & perfect condition.
